Coach Stefani Webb enters her 9th season as head coach of the women's soccer program at UT Tyler.  Coach Webb has amassed a 99-40-11 (190-86-17 career) record while at UT Tyler, and looks to guide the Patriots to their first ever NCAA appearance in 2013.

2012 was the most successful season ever in UT Tyler program-history, guiding the team to a 14-5-1 overall record, and an 11-1 record in the American Southwest Conference.  Webb was named the prestigious National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association National Merit Award Winner, which also could be named the Coach of the Year.  Webb was the first female coach to win the award.

Coach Webb was also named ASC Coach of the Year, finishing as runners-up in the ASC Championship tournament for the first time in school history.  Webb helped coach nine All-Conference performers, a NSCAA Academic All-Region perfomer (Amanda Weaver) and 11 Academic All-Conference members.

In 2011, the Patriots finished with a 10-6-3 overall record and a 9-3-1 conference record.  After finishing as runner-up for four consecutive years (2007-2010) UT Tyler played Howard Payne to a 1-1 tie before falling in penalty kicks.  With only two seniors on the squad, the future looks bright for the Patriots.

In 2010, the Patriots finished with a 14-5 overall record and a 11-2 conference record.  UT Tyler finished as runners-up in the American Southwest Conference for the fourth consecutive year.  The team was also recognized with the Team Academic Award for the second straight year by the National Coaches Soccer Association. Coach Webb had three Patriots named to the Subaru Women's Soccer NCAA Division III All-West Region team.

The Dallas, Texas, native has become accustomed to winning on the pitch, both in her eight seasons at the University of Dallas where she compiled a 91-46-6 (.657) mark, won three-straight USCAA Championships and was also a three-time conference Coach of the Year selection and now at UT Tyler where she has posted double digit wins in all six seasons, including a school-record 14 wins in 2008 and 2010.

Success has also come off the field at UT Tyler, where 36 of Webb's players have gained Academic All-ASC recognition, including a league-best 16 selections in 2009. The team has garnered the NSCAA's Team Academic Award in 2009 and 2010, the only representative from the American Southwest Conference. A total of 32 players, including eight first teamers, have made the ASC All-Conference Team during her six-year tenure as well.

In her first year at UT Tyler, Webb went 10-8-1 (8-5 ASC) and guided the Patriots to eight wins in their last 11 games. Being in their third year of a four-year NCAA provisional status, the Patriots would have made the ASC playoffs but were not eligible in 2005 and 2006, when the team finished third in the ASC at 12-4-1.

A year later, Webb guided the Patriots to their first-ever ASC tournament appearance and into the conference championship game against national powerhouse Hardin-Simmons. Despite a hard-fought match, the Cowgirls claimed their 10th ASC title in 12 years with a 2-0 victory.

Prior to taking over the Patriots' program, Webb was the head women's coach and Director of Soccer for the University of Dallas, helping to build both the men's and women's program. She served as the head men's coach for two seasons and the assistant men's coach for four seasons. She also served as the athletic department's SWA.

A native of Dallas, and a member of the Longhorns Soccer Club, Webb captained her team to three consecutive National Championship appearances and captured the national title in 1991. She was also a member of the North Texas State Team, the Region III Regional Team and was a part of the US National Pool. Webb was selected to compete and train at the U.S. Olympic Training center in Colorado Springs, Colo., during that time.

Webb holds her USSF "A" License, and is one of the only females in the United States to hold the USSF National Goalkeeping license. She also holds a NSCAA Level I & II Goalkeeping license. Webb is the Director of Coaches for the Sting East Texas Soccer Club. She is also on the North Texas State Soccer Association Coaching Education staff and a member of the Olympic Development Program coaching staff. She also served on the NCAA Division III Women's Soccer National Committee for two seasons.

Webb played her college soccer for the University of Maryland, where she was a Dean's List graduate with a degree in behavioral and social sciences.

Webb and her husband of 14 years, James, live in Hideaway with their daughter, Taylor (10).
