Cathy Fieseler, MD
Dr. Fieseler received her medical degree from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. and completed her family practice residency at Womack Army Hospital in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. She completed her sports medicine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Fieseler is certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Allison Tobola, MD
Dr. Tobola received her medical degree from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston and completed her family medicine residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler. She completed her sports medicine fellowship at Steadman Hawkins/Greenville Hospital System in Greenville, SC. Dr. Tobola is certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Chip Swinney, DDS
Dr. Swinney attended dental school at the University of Texas Dental Branch of Houston. He graduated in 1987 and has practiced for sixteen years. His hobbies include golfing and hunting. Dr. Swinney has been married for 13 years and has two boys.
Julie Blavier, DC
Dr. Julie L. Blavier graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1991 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She worked in Tyler in the medical field for 10 years prior to returning to school at Parker College of Chiropractic in 2004, graduating Cum Laude in 2007. Following graduation, Dr. Blavier worked as an Associate Doctor for a chiropractic clinic in Tyler for a year before opening Adjust Your Health Chiropractic in July 2008. She became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner in 2009 and has been a Massage Therapist since 1994.
In private practice, Dr. Blavier focuses on providing individualized chiropractic care to all patients with an emphasis on soft tissue restrictions, improved posture and body mechanics, core strengthening to prevent future injury, nutrition and patient education which carries over nicely in the athletic training room.
Dr. Blavier was a former college athlete and continues to enjoy many types of recreational activities including running, biking, hiking, camping, reading, gardening and cooking.
Joe Glenn, DC
Should an emergency occur at UT Tyler, patients will be transported to either East Texas Medical Center, Mother Frances Hospital or The University of Texas Health Center at Tyler. It is the policy of UT Tyler not to provide private or university transportation for individuals to emergency care facilities. Ambulance transportation will be requested for individuals to emergency care facilities if needed.
