    RECAP: @soccerpatriots earn 3-1 win over CTX

    UT Tyler junior Kaelyn Steitz scored in the sixth minute of the game and then Vanessa Rangel and Kaycee West put two more on the board for the Patriots who earned a 3-1 win over Concordia on Thursday at the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex in the first of two games of an American Southwest Conference road trip.

    @patriotstennis to host ITA Southwest Championship

    The University of Texas at Tyler will host the ITA Southwest Regional Championship from Friday-Sunday at the Summers Tennis Center. The ITA Regional Championships feature some of the top men's and women's players across the country. Over 8,000 student-athletes from NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, Junior and Community Colleges compete across 85 ITA Regional Championships around the country.

    Brieanne Brown slammed down 11 kills, Makenna Bartlett dug 23 shots and Reighanna Guzman distributed 21 assists to help lead the UT Tyler volleyball team to an American Southwest Conference sweep over East Texas Baptist on Tuesday as the Patriots snapped an 11-match losing streak to the Tigers with the home win at the Herrington Patriot Center.

    The UT Tyler men's soccer team has propelled its self into the national consciousness at No. 17 in the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Poll after starting American Southwest Conference with a pair of shutout wins along with opening the season with a 1-0 victory over then-No. 7 ranked Redlands.

    AWARD: Cid-Fernandez earns ASC Offensive honors

    UT Tyler senior Leandro Cid-Fernandez was named the ASC Offensive Player of the Week for the fifth time in his career after scoring three goals last week and matching the all-time record for the Patriots. He enters this week with 33 career goals, one away from passing Barrett Browning for the program's record.

    The No. 1-ranked UT Tyler men's golf team is in third place after the first 36 holes of the Rhodes College Fall Classic which started on Sunday and will conclude on Monday at Tunica National. UT Tyler shot a team total of 292-287 – 579 (3-over) in its opening rounds, while Emory leads the field with a 283-285 – 568 (8-under) and Southwestern is second with a 292-287 – 579.
