UT Tyler and Southern Nazarene played ninety minutes of scoreless soccer, finishing with a 0-0 tie in non-conference men's soccer Saturday night at the Citizens 1st Bank-Perkins Soccer Complex.
UT Tyler attempted only four shots as they played for ball control, while Southern Nazarene took the opposite strategy and took 17 shots against the Patriots.
In goal, Geoff Sherman blocked all nine SNU shots on goal, while Tony Guillen had the Patriots only SOG.
Next up, the UT Tyler will look to avenge its season opening loss when the Patriots travel to Ouachita Baptist on Friday.
