POLL: @UTTylerMensGolf returns to No. 1 in national rankings

TYLER - The UT Tyler men's golf team has regained top billing in the Bushnell/Golfweek Division III Coaches Poll after finishing the fall season with three tournament wins as a program. 

The Patriots garnered 12 of 15 first-place votes in the final poll of the fall, while Huntingdon dropped from No. 1 to No. 2 in the latest rankings. UT Tyler's team of Sam Hill, George Toone, DJ Godoy, Trystan Perkins and Tyler Uhlig won the Tournament Town Fall Preview and The Gordin Collegiate, while its "B" team won the UT Tyler Al and Nancy Jones Memorial to highlight the fall. The Patriots will return to competition at the Linda Lowery Invitational in Austin on Feb. 26-27 before also playing spring tournaments in Georgia, Spicewood and North Carolina before the ASC Championship on April 30 at the Lakecliff Golf Club back in Spicewood. 

Emory, ranked fifth, earned the remaining first-place vote.
