Kenny Bizot
Men's basketball coach Kenny Bizot begins his first year as UT Tyler's Director of Athletic Marketing in 2010. In this role, Bizot also serves on the athletic department's executive committee.
Bizot, who enters his fourth season at UT Tyler, assumed the Patriots' top spot after
distinguishing himself in his short coaching career. He spent 2006-07 as
the head coach at Jackson Preparatory School in Jackson, Miss., widely
recognized as one of the top private schools in the south.
Bizot holds a career record of 41-37 and has guided the Patriots to the
ASC Tournament in each of his first three seasons, including the No. 2
seed out of the ASC East during the 2007-08 season. Bizot was named ASC East Coach of the Year for the 2007-08 season.
Coach Bizot and his wife Jeni have two boys - Kenner and Will.
