2009: Appeared in 13 games as a freshman, recording 16 putouts ... hitless in 12 at-bats.

High School: Played at Waco Midway High School ... a two-time all-district selection ... served as team captain as a senior, while being named a Second Team Super CenTex selection ... voted the team's Best Offensive Player as a junior.
