2011:  Played in 37 games, starting 34 as a junior...Finished with a .257 batting average in 113 at-bats...Finished first on the team in sacrifice bunts (4) and tied for third in stolen bases (7).

2010:  Played in 37 games, starting 29 as a sophomore...Batted .252 in 103 at-bats...Tallied 19 runs, 26 hits, nine doubles and 13 rbi...Finished with a .347 on-base percentage....986 fielding percentage.

2009: Appeared in 17 games, earning the start in six ...  hit .231 with one double and a home run ... carried a perfect fielding percentage in the outfield with 16 putouts ... played his summer ball for the East Texas Prospects under former UT Tyler player Zach James.

High School: A four-year starter for coach Hector at Gilmer High School ... a three-time all-district selection and a two-time all-East Texas selection.
