UT TYLER AWARDS & HONORS:
- ASC All-Tournament MVP (2016)

JUNIOR (2016): Earned ASC All-Tournament MVP honors after hitting two home runs and leading the Patriots to an ASC Championship win over Hardin-Simmons... Finished his first season at UT Tyler with a .355 batting average, three home runs and  19 RBI... Went 3-for-4  with an RBI at the NCAA Spokane Regional against Trinity... Had 38 hits with 13 being doubles to go along with his three home runs. 

PRIOR TO UT TYLER: 
Played two seasons at Southern Wesleyan University... Led his team in batting average, doubles and on-base percentage... Graduated from Mayde Creek HS in Houston where he was an honorable mention all-district pitcher as a senior and sophomore... Earned first-team all-district honors as a junior with a 1.80 ERA on the mound. 

PERSONAL: Son of Jeff and Leslie Williams... Siblings, Jacob, Jodi, Rachel, Emily, Jennifer and Connie... Second cousin, Tim Connolly, plays in the NHL for the Buffalo Sabers. 

MAJOR: Kinesiology

CAREER ASPIRATION: Physical Therapy
