The University of Texas at Tyler is located in East Texas, approximately 90 miles from Dallas and Shreveport, La. The UT Tyler campus is located in Tyler's southeast corner. Exit Loop 323 onto University Blvd. (Spur 248), then head east on University Blvd. until you get to Old Omen Road (approximately 2 miles). Take a left onto Old Omen Road and you will see the main entrance to the campus on your left (approx. 1/2 mile).

Athletic Training - The UT Tyler athletic training room will be open two hours prior to and 30-minutes following events at UT Tyler. Athletic training facilities are located on the first floor of the Herrington Patriot Center (Room 1045) and at the UT Tyler Ballpark. To arrange for treatments, contact the athletic training staff at (903) 565-5545. Ice and water will be provided to visiting teams and emergency equipment is available as needed. Dressing Facilities - Upon your arrival at UT Tyler, the game administrator will direct you to the appropriate locker room facility. Unless otherwise notified, your locker room will be locked when you are not in the room. Keys will not be provided.
Game Film - UT Tyler will video all home contests in basketball and volleyball and provide visiting teams with a copy immediately following the contest (when mandated by conference rules). In all other cases, copies of game video may be obtained by contacting the appropriate head coach. Should your team choose to film the game, please contact the appropriate head coach to make arrangements for space prior to your arrival.
Media - Credentialed media representatives from legitimate and certified media organizations (as determined by UT Tyler) will be admitted to all UT Tyler athletic events, pursuant to the guidelines established by the American Southwest Conference and the UT Tyler Office of News and Information. Visiting radio and media representatives will be seated on press row provided space is available. If there is limited space, priority is given to outlets that cover UT Tyler on a regular basis. Parking (see Campus Map) - For events in the Herrington Patriot Center, general parking is located north of the Patriot Center in lots 2, 3 and 4, as well as west of the Herrington Patriot Center in lot 15. Buses should park in lot 15. For events at the UT Tyler Baseball/Softball Complex, parking is available in lots 10 and 14. Buses should park in lot 15. For events at the Summers Tennis Center or the Citizens 1st Bank/Perkins Soccer Complex, parking is available in lots 2, 15 and 16. Buses should park in lot 15
Pass List - UT Tyler will utilize the official American Southwest Conference policies on complimentary admissions. The official pass list should be submitted to the game administrator upon your arrival at the site of competition.
Practice Times - To schedule facility use for practice time in advance of your event (when facilities are available and conference rules permit), contact the appropriate head coach.
Professional Scouts - All professional scouts are required to purchase game tickets.
Spectator Conduct - UT Tyler game administration and University Police will enforce a strict no-tolerance policy towards unsporting behavior by spectators. Abusive language and disorderly conduct are unacceptable and unwelcome at all times on the UT Tyler campus.
Towels - Per American Southwest Conference operating procedures, UT Tyler will not furnish towels to visiting teams.
